The average list price was $614,215
There were 887 new listings in July with an average list price of $628,200
369 homes went pending in July with an average list price of $430,709
436 homes closed in July with an average contarct price of $450,570.
Homes that sold closed at 98.3% of their list price and were on the market an average of 65 days.
